Barbara Franklin is the Owner of Franklin
& Associates, Inc., a Charleston-based firm specializing in long
term care and Medicare supplement insurance.
In addition to
speaking actively to civic, community and professional groups, Ms.
Franklin assists attorneys, financial planners, business owners,
families, couples and individuals with insurance planning.
Barbara has
received the Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) designation from the
Health Insurance Association of America. In 2008 she was recognized
at the Annual Conference of the American Association for Long Term
Care Insurance as one of the nation’s Top 100 Long Term Care
Specialists.
